THE T'BOLI SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME [1993 - 1997]

A 4 years Scholarship Programme was launched by Dr. Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips in the year 1993 from Riyadh with support from a number of American Muslims and other expatriates working in Riyadh and other Eastern Province cities of Saudi Arabia.

The scholarships were for the new reverts to Islam especially from the highlanders (T'boli) of South Cotabato so that they could pursue their academic studies along with their studies in Islam. 10 High School Students and 4 College Students were selected for this programme.
